Midnight Dream : Birthday Bliss in Every Shot

It’s my birthday! 🙂

I actually had no idea how to celebrate my birthday than eating out with my parents. So, while we were eating, I was contemplating whether to book the cake-making class nearby or try out a photo-studio that was a ride away. But then again, it was a special day, so I figured I might as well make it memorable and chose the latter.

Midnight Dream Photo Studio

We arrived at the Midnight Dream Photo Studio, located at the top of Glorietta 1, where K-Park was. It was one of the largest indoor photo studios in the Philippines, with 40 booths you could choose from to have your pictures taken.

The staff greeted us at the entrance and had us choose from the available packages: regular self-photo package, solo package, and the group package — these two packages required a reservation with an official photographer. I chose the self photo package since we were on walk-ins, and it was on promo for just Php 400.00 per person. The price was already a catch.

After selecting our package, we were asked to leave our bags in the assigned locker, allowing only our phones and tripods inside. We were also given an entry card. Then, they took us on a quick tour of the retouching and dressing room area, as well as the booths, before starting the timer. We had one (1) hour to take pictures at any booth we wanted. Any excess time would cost Php 200.00 per additional 30 minutes. I set a timer on my phone just to be sure.

We had a great time taking pictures at all the booths. The designs were really well thought out. I highly recommend visiting it if you haven’t already. I honestly thought one (1) hour wouldn’t be enough given how many booths there were, but we managed to hit the ones we wanted. It also helped that we were there on a weekday when there were no other customers, so we had the freedom to take pictures at each booth without waiting.
