Birthday Giveaway : Acts of Kindness

We had a blast over the new year and the celebration continues! Yay!

We are off to my birthday week, and with that I plan to be kind to myself. You know, most of the time I’ve been tough on myself that I forget to show kindness. But starting this month it will be different, I will start appreciating small wins and be kind to myself. In fact, I have taken an initiative to allow myself to rest, binge-watch a series the whole day while munching my favorite snacks without feeling guilty. I’ve felt that it’s a big step for me to slow down and listen to my inner being.
