I first encounter “Miracle in Cell No. 7” in EXO Showtime. They have a challenge of finding out who cries the most among EXO members, and to find it out they have to watch this film. I don’t know how deep the story is, that make them cry hard. All I know was there is this man who has been imprisoned in cell #7. Since then, my cousin is bugging me to download it or buy a cd of it for us to watch. It took me a year to pay for a downloadable copy, since I am busy with my work. But, I am forced to watch it this year because it went viral on social media sites earlier this month and everybody is talking about it – giving spoilers here and there.
So, I watched this film alone (I prepared myself for it– emotionally) with popcorns and chips. And when the movie hits 17:00 minutes, I found my eyes dropping a huge amount of water. Oh yes! I already cried at the beginning and it goes on until the end of the movie. It’s really heartbreaking especially if you are a “daddy’s girl” like me. It’s like “Why it needs to happen to him?” “Is justice really goes this way?”. I have mixed reactions and emotions on this movie, that I need to blurt out with someone who had watched it, because if I keep it to myself, I’m gonna have a heart attack or I might explode anytime. (Note: If you need someone to talk to at the end of this movie please feel free to message me. I feel for you too). Good thing my cousins are there to listen to my sentiments. Haha Okay, I’m going to zip my mouth now, but first allow me to give you a background of the story, enough to prepare yourself and the rest you can watch on the video below. Enjoy Watching! 🙂
